I was online shopping for a new label printer for our cnc reached out to them early last week spoke to Brandon in sales told him what I was looking for, They did not have it it in stock told me he would drop ship it to me. it arrived on Friday spent hours trying to get it connected to Bluetooth called zebra tech support to find out the printer would not work for our applicating, sent Brandon an email first thing Monday morning responded very quickly and had me a working printer by noon!! these guys are on there game!! I thought our manager had bought our equipment from Texas Barcode Systems, so when our scanner broke down, I called them. Texas Barcode responded very politely and asked what had happened. During the conversation, it turned out that our company had not purchased equipment from Texas Barcode. We bought it another company.
