I highly recommend Texas Barbell strength & performance. I remember entering the gym not knowing anything about crossfit. All coaches are very approachable on teaching you the basic techniques to advance. What i also like that everyone helps and motivates each other. Anyone who's willing to make a new transformation to their body, Texas Barbell is the place to join and make a difference.

Great gym for any fitness level. The environment makes you feel at home and most importantly the coaches are very knowledgeable and skilled. I remember one time getting injured outside the gym and I personally told the owner/coach Carlos hey im not going to be coming for a while because of my injury and he said you can and I will modify the workouts for you. Honestly to me that goes a long ways coming from a coach at the gym. It shows how much they care for their athlete’s fitness journey!
