I called the office and spoke with Tina Sudds at the Rockwall office to make sure my medical records were accurately documented as the emergency room and urgent care mis-documented the information and have been giving me the run arounds. Dr Langford, staff, and office team players are a wonderful breath of fresh air! The most professional, friendly, and kindhearted groups we've ever been to for spine care. In the past year and half, with 3 ablation procedures along with routine check ups, there has never been a moment we felt anything less than genuinely cared for with compassion. Always so much pain relief as a result! We love our care team and Dr Langford ❤️❤️

I really didn't want to write this review, but I feel its important for people to be aware of what could happen. I had a worker's comp injury for my cervical spine and was assigned to see Dr Ted Belanger here. He seemed to lack a little bit in his bedside manner, but from what I read he was really good at what he does so that was more than good enough for me. This office staff and physicians are very professional and courteous to their patients. Dr. Belanger, Dr. Lankford, Jason, and Dr. "B's MA, plus all the girls in the office listen, and they actually follow up. If they say they will call you they do, you don't wait for days. Appointments are prompt, thorough, and knowledgeable. They actually do care and go out of their way to show it!

I see Dr Craig Lankford at Texas Back Institue in Rockwall Texas. I have been very impressed with the staff and doctor. If you’re looking for a good doctor and staff. I would highly recommend this clinic.
