I highly recommend the Texas Back Institute because the receptionist, nurses, and Doctors are extremely friendly and professional!!! I arrived early to my appointment to fill out necessary paperwork. I spent minimal time in the waiting room. The nurses were very professional and Dr. Ju explained everything in an understandable manner. I definitely recommend The Texas Back Institute!!!

Do yourself a favor and find a different Back Clinic to go to... the people in the office drop the ball at every step, will not return your phone calls. Very uncaring and unprofessional ... Just a joke of a place a waste of time and money.
Have been going to Texas Back Institute for over 20 years. They worked hard to treat my back without immediately suggesting surgery. And so far, no surgery. A lot of physical therapy.
I am making this very clear. I will remove this review when Dr. Balenger and his staff can act accordingly. I was sent here from the ER after being in agonizing pain for over a month. The staff knew this. They told me they can’t do anything and I’d get a referral. Cool. I asked who they would be referring me to and they told me they couldn’t tell me but they’d send it over there next day. Two days went by.
