A caring place that offers good medical service without problems!
I came to Texas Back Institute - McKinney hoping to find an alternative to back surgery for my pain, herniated discs and spinal compression. The staff was friendly and caring. Michael Sheehan PA-C was knowledgeable and professional, helpful and communicative.He went over my cd's I brought and he explained the x-rays he ordered by showing me the views on computer screen. He told me to continue physical therapy. Very pleased eith referrals.
Graciously accommodating me when I needed to change my appointment due to a sick grandchild. Very friendly and fun to mess with. 😁☘️
I first went to the Texas Back Institute in 1994 while on disability from work for my back. They ended up fixing me without surgery. When my wife had a laminectomy in 2022, in Missouri that was unsuccessful and she was in so much pain, I took her to TBI to meet Dr. Kosztowski. He then performed a fusion on her that was life changing. No more pain. My problems started in 2023. Had a fusion in Missouri that worked but then the disc above the fusion started giving me grief.
