I highly recommend Dr. Braaksma. He is very nice. He explains everything thoroughly. I never felt rushed. He answered all my questions. The office staff was also very nice.
From my initial call, all the way to my outpatient procedure, the staff at every level, in every interaction was pleasant and professional. I could not have wanted a better experience.
Dr Braaksma and his team are everything you want when you've been experiencing pain for an extended period of time. He was direct but VERY thorough in explaining exactly what was going on with me and what needed to be done to correct it. His staff was very responsive to my myriad questions and was always very positive.
Dr. Braaksma has been very thorough & knowledgeable on both of my telemedicine visits. He took the time to explain everything in detail & made sure my questions were answered. I have been dealing with pain for quite awhile so I appreciate all that he is doing to help me get answers.
