Worst service I’ve ever had. Saw doctor in April. Insurance required PT before authorizing MRI. Went to 9 sessions during which time I was told by TBI they were refilling to get MRI authorized. They never did. 3 months later cannot get a text message returned or phone message. 3 times I’ve called the Rockwall office trying to get help or any information and nothing. Truly unbelievable but I’ve no choice but to find another doctor. I’ve never had a doctor flat refuse to answer a call or text message like this. Very disappoint... read more
