While my experience at TBI with Dr. Bosita and the Physical Therapy Department a there has been very pleasant, the staff in the front office there is pathetic! They have knack for losing information, not returning phone calls and poor communication within departments. They have lost and miscommunicated my information 3 times now since I started going there in September 2011. The Office Manager there is even worse. I have no idea how the doctors are in Flowermound as I've never seen one. I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Bosita December 6th. I received a call about an hour before to inform me he couldn't make the appointment, would I like to see his P.A. instead. I accepted. That was a mistake. The next appointment with Dr. Bosita? I find all the doctors very good at TBI,. However the staff is another thing. I call for a med review and got set up with Dr. Hiseys PA for an appointment. I arrived on time. I was told it would be "just a few minutes". After waiting an hour..nothing new there. ... I was ready to leave. Suddenly it was my"turn". Not really, I got stuck in a room. My experiances with the Plano, Texas location of Texas Back Institute, has been as pleasant as could possibly be. My doctor, DR. Sharon Gibbs, MD has been outstanding in her efforts to ease my pain, and try to make me as functional as possible. I have been seeing DR. Gibbs since 2003, and I would recommend DR. Gibbs, and Texasack Institute to any one needing medical help. Michael Parrish
My hero. If not for TBI, I would be a cripple. I have had two surgeries with them and this last time looks like it worked. The staff is so caring and professional. Dr Bradley has to be the best darn surgeon I have ever known. I feel he saved my life and gave me my life back. Racked with pain for over two years and for the first time in that time, I have been able to lower my pain meds. Don't take my word for it, see for yourself.
