Still appalled at how they treat their customers. I suppose when you have a monopoly you don't have to be too concerned about customer service. Zero communication except when they want their money. I had to contact them to find out that the installation would be pushed back another week at least three times (do not expect them to follow through with their initial timeline.) I know a person very closely that has done business here. So I'm leaving this review based on what they have dealt with. They even asked me to call for them since they were busy working so I did. No call back. Told would have awning up in 4-6 weeks and going on past 8 weeks. I called and left a message did not call me back so called back 2 hrs later and they were closed.
