Nearing100k on my 2015 Crosstour and looking to get 4 plugs replaced. Also needed an oil chg. Usually I go to the stealership when they're offering $59 oil chg. Decided to try TX Auto. They charged me $86 for the oil chg, still in the area of low reasonable. The plugs? $225 Stealership had quoted me $449 They don't have a waiting area but you can walk half mile north to a donut shop. So this place used to be good. Not anymore. Not sure if management and mechanics turned over. I went in for check engine light. Had to pay for the diagnostic. That was new. Got an estimate for 4 oxygen sensors and two catalytic converters are all out at the same time, plus something else. Gave me a quote that was over $10K. That didn't make sense to me. All at the same time? Went to another garage and got to the issue resolved, electrical. Fixed that for a fraction of the cost. Common sense and experience goes a long way.
