First let me say thank you to Jay and I see why Texas Auto Accessories has a 5 star review! My sunroof wouldn’t close, which was a real problem especially with all this rain we have been getting lately. I dropped off my car around 1100, and just an hour later, I received a text from Jay, complete with pictures and a detailed explanation of the issues. I was driving home from work when my sunroof exploded.. yes exploded. There was no rock that hit my car or any debris around to cause it to break. I googled repair shops near my area and “Texas Auto Accessories” stood out with all their positive reviews. I called and spoke with Jay who was able to find a factory replacement glass and stated he can do the repair same day. After he picked up the replacement glass, it took him a whole 20 minutes to fix. What an amazing experience. Since the glass was only cracked, Jay was able to get my sunroof switched out in 30 minutes. Great customer service that you just don't see and at a great price. I would absolutely recommend Jay and Texas Auto Accessories!
