Front office staff are very unprofessional, rude, disrespectful and laugh at patients. Brenda lost my paperwork then wanted to reschedule me for another two more weeks, when it was their fault for playing around. Terrible front office staff.
Our appointment was at 11:15. We arrived at 11:00. My wife was not called until 12:20. She is a veteran and 9 months pregnant. First excuse was that the provider was running behind, second excuse was that she was caught up during lunch!! Why make an appointment and then leave for lunch, makes no sense. Horrible way to treat veterans! Horrible way to treat a pregnant woman. So unprofessional!!!
Amazing service, NP Miguel Martinez is very knowledgeable, patient with his explanations and professional at all times. Not a long wait at all and all staff was friendly. Waiting room was very clean as well.
Their billing department's incompetence cost me over $3000 for routine blood work. They ignored me and refused to reimburse me. Very unprofessional office.
My doctor listened, that's a quality that's rare unfortunately.
