Phone lines are on a constant loop to a full voicemail box! Administrative help is infuriating at this office! They give you a text number to send messages and they don’t respond to that! NP Nancy White is excellent, but the staff at this office is completely unavailable and unprofessional! Returning a call is unheard of by MA. Good luck making an appointment or contacting the medical assistant when you expect responses. Too bad people like this can ruin a practice. Definitely would not recommend for these reasons.
