Horrible experience with this facility. First off you never see an actual doctor. Why am I paying the specialist copay if I don’t even see an actual doctor? Doesn’t make sense. It really irks me when I dont have my first appointment with the actual doctor. Then when they heard about all my issues with my sickness they wanted to just keep me on Celebrex. Front office staff are very unprofessional, rude, disrespectful and laugh at patients. Brenda lost my paperwork then wanted to reschedule me for another two more weeks, when it was their fault for playing around. Terrible front office staff.
Our appointment was at 11:15. We arrived at 11:00. My wife was not called until 12:20. She is a veteran and 9 months pregnant. First excuse was that the provider was running behind, second excuse was that she was caught up during lunch!! Why make an appointment and then leave for lunch, makes no sense. Horrible way to treat veterans! Horrible way to treat a pregnant woman. So unprofessional!!!
Amazing service, NP Miguel Martinez is very knowledgeable, patient with his explanations and professional at all times. Not a long wait at all and all staff was friendly. Waiting room was very clean as well.
