Dr. Chabra is wonderful , but waiting two hours past appointment time is not ok.
I have been trying to get a hold of a living person. It is impossible. This is my third day. Aren't we humans?
Took my mother for the first time and Cassandra was amazing and very patient with our visit. My mother was nervous and Cassandra did everything in her power to calm her nerves. She assured us that we were in the right place and she answered all our questions. I highly recommend Texas Arthritis Center West and most of all highly recommend Cassandra!!! She's Awesome!!!

Been going to Dr Chabra since he first started here in El Paso & it has always been a pleasant experience. From the reception staff being friendly, patient & understanding at the beginning of my visit to the infusion medical staff always showing care and compassion, to the doctors and the entire support staff being so attentive and showing how much they care for their patients, everyone has made me feel cared for when I’m not feeling my best.
