Great The Texas animal clinic has helped my pet when she was so sick. The loving care to my pet was obvious.
Customer in West, TX We were so pleased with emergency services provided that we switch vets and have taken atleast five pets there from everything to yearly exams to surgery. We have been extremely please with the doctor and her staff. We can not hesitate to provide some positive remarks on this negative board. It is like people are writing about a totally different place - but we also know people are more likely to take the time to post something negative than they are to post something positive.
IF YOU LOVE YOUR PET DO NOT TAKE THEM HERE!!! I worked here for a brief moment, all the bad reviews you see here are absolutely correct. Dr.Ervin screams in the employees faces and is constantly telling them they are stupid. She seems to be more concerned with making money than caring for animals. Some clients walked out right in front of me because they did not want their pet treated by someone who treats people so cruely. I would never, ever let this place lay a finger on my pet. Dr Lide is amazing! He is so kind hearted. Never do I feel rushed during my furr babies appointments. He answers all my questions (because I always have questions). Plus when I am busy they allow me to drop my baby off to be seen and I pick him up in the afternoon....and Dr. Lide still comes to the front desk to speak to me. I also have two medium size dogs that I board in a “condo” for only $45 a night. Best price I have found in town.
I took my german shepherd here for boarding over this past weekend and gave them 10 cups of his dog food (separately in individual bags to make it easier on them for his feedings which should’ve been twice a day) the moron that checked him in decided not to put it in the computer so they only feed him twice the entire 3 days he was there. My 70 pound german shepherd ate only 4 cups of food the entire weekend when he normally eats 4 cups per day. Dr. Lide and his staff are incredible! Very caring and compassionate. When my dog recently had to be boarded they accepted him without hesitation and loved him as if he were their own. So grateful Dr. Lide is in Waco now and conveniently located here for my pets.
I’ve loved this place for a very long time, and the staff they are so kind and you can tell they actually care about everybody’s furr babies. The new doctor, Doctor Lide not only does he care for the patients but he cares for the clients as well. He is the most kind hearted and thorough doctor I have ever seen.
