If your home warranty company calls this company out, I suggest you schedule your own fix with someone else. It’s been nine days since we initiated a claim and still not even scheduled with Texas American for the repair. First American Warranty called them out completely across Houston so it took several days for them to come troubleshoot. Phone number does work- no showed and no communication
This review reflects my personal experience and understanding as an AHS customer, based on documented service records and publicly available information, to the best of my knowledge. We used Texas American Air LLC through AHS on June 12, 2025, and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. Texas American Air is a fraudulent company and should not be trusted in our community. I paid them $3873 as a down payment in May to install a new AC unit in my home. After they received the funds they stated it would take some time to get the equipment in. After about 2 weeks I reached out to them, and they stated it was on backorder and would take more time. Unfortunately Texas American Air, LLC has shown they truly do not care about their customers. I made payment on July 7 directly to them after being told by American Home Shield to do so as seen in the attached pictures. I’ve spent countless hours trying to get a hold of them, leaving voicemails and trying to speak to American Home Shield to get a hold them. Once they get your money, they disappear.
