We only worked once with Texas Alloy, back when John was their sales representative, and the treatment and service were excellent. However, after that, we sent several emails with no response. Even when we contacted them directly through their website, the only reply we received was a brief message expressing regret. Based on our experience, what they state on their website is not accurate — they do not cater to the diverse needs of their clients, nor do they take pride in meeting customer requirements.
We have been buying materials from Texas Alloys since 2016 and couldn't be happier. Their fast delivery and responsiveness really sets them apart. Would highly recommend Texas Alloys.
