I have taken my children to Tx Allsmiles for years. Previously, I would have given them an okay review. This doctor is unprofessional and the office staff are rude and will lie to your face. The doctor REFUSED to talk to me even though I had an appointment. He sent his office people to deal with me. He then fired me as a patient. I went through hell trying to get my insurance to approve something and they finally did and he sent it back and refunded the insurance thus making the entire process of appeals begin again. Don't make the mistake of going to this dr. The office staff are very rude and charged my insurance for the service they didn't do and for that reason the insurance will not pay for it in other place. I've made a complain to BBB . They don't have any urgent visit even though my kid was in excruciating pain and had to wait for 2 weeks for his appointment only to find that he is on waiting list after school on 3 hrs empty stomach. If I cud give half a star then I would.
