Alli with this company is very unprofessional. She called me and made an offer on my house way below market value without even seeing it. I was willing to take a little less for the house in exchange for not having to deal with listing, showings and realtor commissions. But this company really low-balled me. This company is a waste of time. I will list my house with a realtor.
