As a custom home builder who works with a lot of HVAC technicians. When we get a choice we always call Felipe. He is also the only one we refer to our clients. Felipe has been consistent and amazingly honest with every client we sent him to. If you are looking for an honest and easy to work with HVAC technician, get in touch with him. You won’t regret. Also he is a great person to sit down and talk to. No one will educate you about your HVAC system but Felipe will.
I didn’t end up using him. I called and explained that we had replaced the capacitor but the AC still wasn’t working, and the unit is only two years old. He told me he was fully booked for today and tomorrow and wasn’t able to come out… maybe only wants people who he can charge high for a capacitor.
Felipe and his crew were wonderful to work with. They came out to fix my faultering AC unit very quickly and went above and beyond to be sure the repairs were completed accurately and well. Felipe and crew described in detail everything that was repaired and showed me the completed work. I trust them with any repairs I may have in the future.
Felipe saved the day! Several other contractors told me it would take weeks to source the correct part and were grossly trying to overcharge for their services. Felipe showed up to my house the same day as my issue, at 6pm, with the correct part, and had my ac unit back up and running. Pricing was incredibly fair compared to competitors. Customer for life.
