Our AC stopped working on a 100+ degree day, and TX 1st Choice Heat & Air came through when our usual AC company didn’t respond. Chip communicated promptly, offered same day service, quickly tested, diagnosed and replaced a failed capacitor after inspecting both the attic and outdoor units. The repair was completed in about an hour, and the invoice was sent the next day. Chip was professional, honest, knowledgeable, and reliable. Based on this experience, I will highly recommend this company to my family and friends.

I wanted an HVAC inspection done before I put my house on the market. Texas 1st got me in the same day! Anthony arrived within the window given and was awesome! When I arrived home from work, we noticed a noise coming from our outside AC unit. I reached out to Chip at Texas 1st Choice after hours, hoping to get on the schedule for the next morning. Instead, he responded right away and scheduled a same-night appointment between 8:00 and 10:00 PM. Shortly after 8:00 PM, we received a text that the technician was on the way.
