Had the best experience with Chip and Texas 1st Choice Heat & Air! My relatively new AC condenser was making a horrible rattling noise and other technicians from other companies weren't able to get to the bottom of it, but Chip really went above and beyond to troubleshoot the issue and with his many years of experience and knowledge, helped discover and fix the root cause. I can’t recommend Texas 1st Choice Heat & Air enough! I called them for a second opinion after my usual AC company told me my entire unit needed to be replaced. Thankfully, Rick Bledsoe took the time to thoroughly assess everything and was honest, straightforward, and incredibly professional. It turned out my vent was extremely dirty and my air filter simply needed to be replaced—saving me from an unnecessary and very expensive replacement.
