I brought my 2024 Volvo in around 3:00 PM after it failed to regenerate. Your team took the truck in immediately and identified a faulty EGR valve. The replacement part was delivered the following morning, and the truck was ready by early afternoon. I was incredibly impressed by how quickly the team replaced the EGR valve, especially on a compound turbo equipped engine.
