I brought my 2015 Volvo in after a derate issue. The service advisor, Jim, was professional, courteous, and went out of his way to help me — even gave me a ride to my hotel. He treated me right and handled his part well. The issue was with the technician. From the start, he was dismissive, acted like he didn’t care what the driver had to say, and clearly didn’t want to listen to my description of the problem.
