I will never deal with this bank again. They are not professional and they do not help their customers with anything. Worst bank ever, and I'm not usually one to complain. I'll continue doing business with red river fcu.
Doesn't have adequate infrastructure, so transactions take forever to clear. Policies aren't followed, telephone reps are rude, and talking to a machine is kinda shady.

This is just the absolute worst bank I have ever used. The WORST customer service I have ever witnessed. I can't believe they are still in business.
Have been with them for 12yrs,never had a problem.
This place is an absolute joke. I have had 2 different auto loans with them and the first was great the second they said suddenly I was several mo behind on my note and couldn't see it had been paid when I had records that it had. Long story short they repod the vehicle and we're going to sort it out with me after I paid nearly 1200 bucks they didn't wanna work together so I surrendered the car now they won't communicate as to what the next steps are here.
