We have had nothing but problems since opening our account. Takes up to a week and a half for things to be drafted, doesn’t reflect as pending, never know how much money is actually in the account due to this. Will be closing account this week I would not recommend.
I notified Texar when my mother in law died - they refused to put the acct on hold - someone cleaning out her house found an old check book and proceeded to cash over $9000 worth of forged checks - very obviously not her signature. Texar refuses to take any responsibility and they were extremely rude when I called to inquire about how we would be reimbursed- she informed me I would need take legal action- no apologies - zero customer service - luckily we removed all of the money from the credit union and put it in a real ban... read more
