Texana did a big job with our front and backyard, drive way, grass, plants, irrigation and drains. Getting after sales service is not easy at all.
Spend a LOT of money, fully paid on delivery, on our front yard, grass, plants, irrigation and drains under the promise they are not cheap but good. Getting service is not easy at all. Disappointed.
Do NOT use this company. I met with Brent in October and was given indication that I would get a design within a couple of months. I received an email (not even a phone call) on January 28 telling me that he would not be able to produce a design and wouldn’t be able to help me. They led me along for 3 months and have ghosted me since. Will not give me any further explanation... read more
They do an amazing job. Always courteous and show up on time. Very knowledgeable about his services.
