Great Service, Friendly, Respectful, And Fun.
I came in sobbing asking for help and they turned me away from my “case manager “ because she was too busy with work to deal with my problems and wouldn’t even allow me see my doctor. I feel like they are no help and just are literally just trying to have a gossip session. They don’t even offer real help. I've been with Texana for roughly 5 years. Everyone has been very helpful in my recovery process! I honestly don't know where I would be today had I not had the help and guidance I've received from everyone who has played a role in my journey. Texana has such a caring and professional staff and I adore all on the ACT team!
Would give 5 stars as everyone there are very nice. But there have been many mistakes made on their end. And as a result the family member that needs assistance from them still hasn't received the assistance they need yet. Still trying to get them to correct their mistake to get the family member the help they need from them as they promised & said they would do. Will update rating when there's something to update.
Went there because I was feeling suicidal and their "counselors" told me to think more positively. I have gotten better therapeutic advice from Tik Tok.
