Lived here for almost 2 and a half years they are infested with rats and roaches the building has mold everywhere including INSIDE the walls this place is a health and safety hazard and needs to be condemned. They had us go MONTHS without HOT WATER or AC every thing is always breaking and leaking or not working I had to put in maintenance request almost every week don’t waste your money here and if you have young kids or a newborn DO NOT MOVE HERE the mold will make them and you very ill. I lived here for a little under a month in late 2024. When I moved in I had no hot water for multiple days, a moldy AC unit, rat, droppings near my AC unit and in cabinets, SCOOP-ABLE amounts mold in my dish disposal (which did not work, by the way! did not even turn on) and the office did very little to fix these issues. I have a cat, and because of these issues I was worried for his health the entire duration of my stay.
