The support staff is the only reason its not one star. The 2 MAs I encountered were wonderful. Billing is my concern here. I've never had to report a clinic for insurance fraud, but this one I did. They billed for services NOT rendered - not once, not twice but at every visit. I work medical billing for a living, and these codes were inappropriate and several hundred dollars. Every medical facility should be ran like this one. from the call center to the doctor I’ve never experienced any care like this.
The in house ultrasound saved me from scheduling at a separate facility. Everything handled under one roof which matters honestly
