Justin resolved my issue with the Generac. He patiently answered all of my questions.Great experience from start to finish. I decided to enroll in their annual service agreement for the Generac. I already have a service agreement for my AC & Heating. I have been with this company for many years. I trust them. Prices are reasonable. Service is Professional. Amazing team.
Texan Mechanical was fast, competent, and compassionate in their services for my senior parents. We had a full removal of an old system and install of the new system...all in one day. I highly recommend Texan Mechanical for all your HVAC needs. AND they were 50% less in cost compared to other estimates we got.

They always show up when scheduled to, inspected my 2 units and gave me an estimate of things they found that need to be addressed to keep them running good.
Wish I could give zero stars. I’m so appalled. I got a email that my warranty was gonna expire if I didn’t sign up for a maintenance plan. Prior to knowing this info I was excited to see a email because it’s the first I got since I bought and I couldn’t remember the company I bought the new air conditioner from. I even called the financing company and they couldn’t tell me. They said they could be there between 12-2 and I agreed.
