Got my first check up on my HVAC system through the gold plan that I purchased from Texan Mechanical. The system is running great but the tech suggested adding two ball valves to the condensation drain line to properly isolate it when blowing and cleaning it out. He did a nice job and there was no charge under the gold plan.
Alexis was awesome in handling and coordinating my AC needs. Their team Christian and team Carlos were able to get my AC running within 36 hours and that’s with ordering a needed coil. I was so appreciative of the kindness, caring and professionalism I experienced from Texan Mechanical AC & Heating. As a nurse working 12 hour shifts, a cool sleep environment is critical for rest. I am so glad my teacher friend highly recommended Texan Mechanical AC & Heating.
