Horrible customer service from the owners! I can't recall a time when I have experienced a worse, unprofessional interaction with the managers/owners. I was billed right at $600.00 to replace a fan motor (that the most expensive one I could find was $220.00) and then the A/C went out three days later and the only concern from Texan Mechanical AC & Heating was regarding the trip charge, not that their repair did not work! There’s a reason why Texan Mechanical was voted best in Fort Bend. Him and his crew will hold on to that title for years to come. So happy with their prices, beat every other estimates I have gotten. With better quality brands. They definitely care about their homeowners.
