I have been trying talk to finance, and I called to get in touch. The lady I WAS SPEAKING TO i told her I was trying to lease a car and had spoken to someone about an error AND NEEDED TALK TO THEM TODAY I had left msg and been trying all morning ..SHE THEN ASK ME DID I GET MY CAR THERE..i JUST TOLD HER i WAS TRYING LEASE A CAR DAAA and I had done one bad review on them guess i do another for error on my paperwork I NEED TALK TO SOMEONE..SHE THEN TOLD ME GO AHEAD AND HUNG UP. Buyer beware. They are not honest and DO NOT give you the information you need. NEVER trust them when it comes to so called Mandatory Protection Package. That Protection Package with almost $4,000 additional charge. THEY DID NOT SHOW ME THE METROGUARD PROTECTION PACKAGE CONTRACTING GIVING ME THE OPTION TO SIGN. This form also came with a cancellation option but they marked $00.00 in cost so there was no way to cancel and get any kind of refund. TEXAN HYUNDAI ROSENBERG IS FRAUD. Walk away.
