Took our Silverado 2500 HD to Texan for an alignment. We have a n extended warranty thru Ally. They told us it needed tie rods and a few other front end parts and that our warranty only paid $130 an hour labor but Texan charged $210. We would have to pay the difference. We okayed that. They had an Ally inspector come and look at out truck. Texan told us he was coming to make sure the DEF sensor were in a certain range, as we had a check engine light on that indicted DEF tank and sensors were bad. This dealership is not right Victor is the employee that worked with Ming I don’t know who his partner is that is the actual mechanic, but they stole very expensive parts off my car
Worst customer service I have ever experienced. A simple tire repair turned in to a 2hr shit show. They pulled the tire off our car and went to a training class. DO NOT RECOMMEND this dealership to service a go kart much less a car.
