Dr Nieman is very professional and provided excellent eye care services All of staff are helpful and friendly.
Zero respect for anyone's time. A 1-hour appointment took 2.5. The waiting room is uncomfortably cold and has only water and paper cups. If you want to go outside to warm up, there's nowhere to sit. Many of your patients require someone to drive them, and while delays are sometimes unavoidable, you could make the waiting room more pleasant. I was the driver, and while my partner is mostly happy with his results so far, I will never be a patient here.
