Very chaotic and unorganized. I arrived early as directed for my 10:15 appointment. I checked in at 9:50, got called back at 10:50, finished testing and appointment around 11:50 but they lost a few images during this 2 hour appointment so I had to redo testing. Very unorganized and lack of patient care shows. I asked multiple times if I just caught a bad day an no answer was given so I take it this the norm here. I ended up leaving shortly after 12:30 just shy of being here 3 hours.
Our experience with Texan Eye (Main Central) has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. My wife ordered a pair of Versace glasses for our daughter in a specific color, but what we received was completely different. She spent months trying to resolve the issue with several associates, all of whom acknowledged the mistake and assured her it would be corrected. Despite these promises, nothing happened. Update 2024: Changes have been made to simplify the check-in process. You can now fill out forms online before you come in for your appointment, and you can check in electronically. While the line to use one of the 2-3 machines sometimes back up, it's a pretty fast process. After getting frustrated with very long wait times in the past to be called, it seems to be getting better.
