Previously rated this place as 5 Stars due to great care by Dr . Isaac Loose and his nurses .Changing to 1 Star after being harassed by their billing department for absolutely no reason. My retina surgery took place 1.5 years ago , all the bills were paid by my insurance according to the Explanation of Benefits documents.
