This is the only place I will go to for ophthalmology. Very qualified doctors and professional support staff. I used their optical for the first time today and was surprised at the options. The lenses seem to be very high quality compared to some of the discount ones I’ve bought recently. Special thanks to Mindy, who helped me with a complicated order and was especially helpful as I picked out my frames.
Ask for Leann. She was helpful and didn’t pressure me into getting add-ons.
Great, fast check-in. Great, Dr. Very helpful. My follow-up appt went well. The eye drops the Dr ordered helped. I will continue to do as he advised with cleaning my eyelids. Will follow up in a year. Also, the optical shop in the same building was able to replace my nose pieces on my glasses. One broke off that morning, and the sweet girl on duty replaced both of them at no charge. Greatly appreciated that.
Although there is another Texan Eye closer to me, I prefer the South location because of the staff in the glasses department. I used to get my lenses at Sam's Club, until Leighann explained the difference in the quality. She helped me pick out lenses that fit my lifestyle and my budget. Wow! The difference is huge. I ended up getting some sunglasses too and Leighann helped me select some frames. She gave me her honest opinion and I'm glad I took her advice. I have gotten so many compliments on them.
Love Dr. sergeant and all the staff. Hate the kiosk sign in. Two kiosks are needed for number of patients. Also hate having to go to the eyeglass store to get a copy of your prescription.
