Well I called to make an appointment and she told me I couldn’t finish booking it because I didn’t have my insurance cards in front of me. I do have them I have two but was driving. I would never use them because of this lack of trust. And I have 2 insurance companies!
left Texans ENT feeling disappointed and frustrated. The doctor dismissed my concerns about a chronic ear issue, as well as my primary physician’s assessment, saying they “probably don’t know what they’re talking about.” I’ve been dealing with this issue since my time in the Navy, and after worsening symptoms and a recent CT scan, I was hoping for professional support and insight. Instead, I felt disrespected and uneasy with the lack of bedside manner and professionalism. I’ll be seeking another ENT for a second opinion.
Absolutely love the Dr and his staff! Always so nice and willing to help solve problems. I had my nose balloon procedure done back in May. Very impressed with it.
I was able to get in an appointment quickly. Front desk was kind and friendly! The Dr listened to my concerns and I didn’t feel rushed like other doctors offices!
Tired to make a new patient appointment for my fiancé/husband, young lady on the other end asked if he was present, and I replied not at this time…she rudely said he needs to call back and make the appointment himself. When I asked why, she said” be he’s an adult, he should be making it himself”. Unbelievable. Extremely rude considering most wife’s make appointments for their husbands 80-90% of the time of they’d never go see a doctor.
