Do not even consider bringing your car here. My car went in on Jan 4 to have the ignition replaced with a OEM part since where I had purchased it from replaced it with an aftermarket one. No real issues no problem starting driving or stopping but wanted the fix done right so I went to a Dodge dealership. Bought 2 Rams ($110+K) on April 4th. STILL waiting on the license plates 4 MONTHS LATER. Delays: Dealer failed to get the weigh tickets prior to sale. I had to take both trucks for weigh tickets and then deliver to the dealer. Was asked for the weigh tickets a week after I hand delivered them. Sent photos of each truck 3 times and asked a 4th time for them. I continue to badger the dealer for replacement temp tags every time they expire.
