Unacceptable and stressful experience. I informed this loan company of my payment date, yet they continue to call 2–3 times a day anyway. This goes far beyond a reminder and feels like harassment. There is no professionalism or respect for customers’ time or boundaries. Repeated calls after clear communication show extremely poor management and raise serious concerns about how they operate overall. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
