Used them for 3 years and over the course of a month they ruined 7 pairs of jeans, and said Terry the “manager” said she would perosnally fix them. She did not and just bagged them and left them there for pick up. The owner called and I told him I needed to remimbursed for my jeans and he refused and said he could only do a an in store credit.

Rude and dishonest manger and owner. My shirt was damaged and a check was given for the damaged shirt. I asked for my shirt back and the owner was hesitant to give it back. He said he owned it now. He went back to the office and gives me my shirt with it only to had been torn again in a different location. He had gone back in there and TORN it! Why they would destroy my shirt again is just mind blowing to me! The manager was aggressive when questioned about her lack of customer service and the owner was just as bad!
Had shirts for a wedding that got something on the and they were very sincere and made sure they were fixed perfectly and ready to go. Thank y’all for making sure this day went smooth.
This is the best cleaner in this town. Easy in and out. Very reasonable price and so convenient.
This is the second time my shirts haven't been ready. I realize other people have their stuff to clean but when an employee tells a customer their shirt, dress, etc will be ready by a certain time I expect it to be done when I get here at that time.
