I called and left messages (with live person - not voicemail) several times. I also filled in the web form on the site but no one ever bothered to reply.
UPDATE: After some tribulations, I got a call from a manager who promised to make it right, and did. ==== I scheduled a filter clean for Saturday; not only a no-show but a no-notify either. Fine. Reschedule for the following Saturday and this time it's not just no-show but nobody picking up the phone either. Rescheduled again for the next Saturday, but apparently the tech felt like doing it on a Wednesday instead. He also thought a filter clean meant a pump backwash.
