Best used car dealership in Cleveland, TX. The other options have really poor cars, or ask way too much for them. Texan asks Blue Book value, and they have always worked with me if I needed a couple weeks to make a payment. I've got two cars from them now, both only needing minor repairs down the road, they are used cars after all, you have to expect that. The cars are always exceptionally clean as well. The family that runs it is very kind and professional, I've never had an issue with this business.
This business reviews at a big 0, what a gyp joint, trashy vehicles. My son bought a truck from them on 12/11/12 & the transmission went out on 1/29/13! He was told by the two that run it that the warranty was out so they took the liberty of sending it to their auto repair club & told the guy to fix it. Now he has to pay for a shop he didn't request at an outrageous price & he can't have it back according to them unless its fixed at their shop. We recently bought a vehicle from these people and got ripped off. They sold us a vehicle and as soon as we bought it it starting having mechanical problems, they said to take it to their mechanic who works out of his house way on the other side of Houston, the vehicle was over heating, stalling out, and had several other mechanical problems their so called mechanic said it was fine and was supposed to do that.
