I called and asked if it would be done by the next Friday and it wasn't. I called and they said they would call me right back and that was 3 days later. They did a good job at reparing but just very slow and inconvenient. 3 Star : Customer Service The service was done well but communication was poor. 5 Star : Returned Clean
