He was through in great detail on each part needed repair. What amazed me was that the estimate was very close to the actual costs ($40 less than estimate), which is always welcoming. On the day of the pickup, Sy went through the check list of the repair and the warranty. With my van being 16 years old, I'm really satisfied with the result of the repair.
