I didn’t have to remind them to do it. When dates shifted a bit they communicated it early rather than at the last minute. 5 Star : Customer Service See last comments. Great communication. I called and was told that when the car came it , it was already missing, therefore it was not installed. I believe, Carstar should have informed me, so i could then investigate, and eliminate 2nd trip. As a result of our conversation, we agreed to have the grill installed.
