He kept me advised on the progress frequently and when completed Luis discussed and explained the repairs line by line. This company and all the employees are so over the top with their customer service, communication, work ethic, staying on schedule, getting the job done the right way the first time. In normal circumstances with mechanic shops I have experienced charging too much not getting the job done right and the list goes on as we all know.
