I came to the Texaco at 743 N King St, Honolulu, HI 96817, at 6:30pm on Saturday Jan 25, to fuel up and wash my rental van. The attendant, "AFOA," initially refused to make eye contact when we first came in to pay for gas in person because the card read was not working outside. I stepped back inside to ask if the car wash was working because it was completely dark and unlit; she said yes without looking up. She was loudly watching a show on her phone on the counter.
