Don't ever rent from here . No one will ever help you. The health department needs to be called they tried to auction a unit which would be hazardous to anyone's health. They get broken into all the time . Save your money and a major headache by going to any other storage facility.
Rented a unit, stored and secured it with two locks. Still had all my stuff stollen. It's been two days since I found out about it and I contacted manager via email and phone voice messages. No response from them at all. Stay away from these lowlife trash. Update: one week after this incident and I still haven't been contacted by anyone employed here. Filed a police report and am trying to get them to stop charging my credit card for the storage I no longer require.
rented a 10x10 unit. All done online and on the phone. Facility is dirty with bugs in the unit. The door on the unit is a regular door. Not a sliding garage type door. Could not even fit half of my stuff thru the door. Huge ant hill right at my door. No pavement at all.
