We had excellent customer service at Tex Star! The work was amazing. They kept us informed on what might need to be fixed and gave us quotes along the way. We highly recommend them over other dealership service departments for quality of work and customer service. The prices were very reasonable for work and parts. Cannot say enough about this business!

Called the shop to see if they could work on my car. The service advisor, Doug, was polite given that I called at 5 minutes to closing. He answered my questions and advised me to call in the morning before having my vehicle towed to the shop for price quotes on work I needed done. This morning, I called and Jared was nice on the phone. He made note of what work I wanted, said he had to pass the request off to Eric (?) who would call me with a quote in about 15 minutes. Got my car fixed today ^_^ I needed an oil change, had a misfire and also wanted to get new brake pads but they were honest and said my brake were fine and didn't need work. They could have done them any way and got the money but didn't. I truly respect that. By the time I left the car worked GREAT! It runs so smoothly now. Best shop I have EVER been to. Such friendly and helpful people.
