Love, love love Tex's Fish Camp. Awesome food, great hometown atmosphere and the service is awesome!! If you have never been, I HIGHLY recommend it!!
It's my FAVORITE!!! Tex's is FAMILY. It's always clean and welcoming! There is a great variety of home cooked meals and all ages are welcome. If you like whole flounder, chicken livers or delicious grilled fish, you'll love Tex's!
You'll feel like family when you eat here! Excellent fresh food! Shrimp and grits are to die for! Fresh homemade desserts are always delicious!

I'm not a sirloin steak fan, but the way Tex's cooks theirs gives the steak great flavor that is tender and cooked to perfection. The whole flounder is a must-try paired with a few of their many homemade side dish options. Try to save room for dessert, but if you can't, that's okay - take it to go for later! Excellent family atmosphere and wonderful service.
Love this place. We go about once per week. They have the freshest oil of any restaurant around. That makes everything taste great. Never had a bad meal at Tex's! Chicken tenders are always fabulous! Fried oysters are the best around! Thank you folks for treating everyone who walks through the doors like family! We all know you can't please everyone, but you folks go above and beyond each week to try for 100% positive feedback. Our love to you all!
I grew up on Tex's! Everytime I'm in town, I have to get a half order of flounder and chicken livers! Love the hush puppies!!
