Tex-Perts did a fall maintainance on my heating unit this morning and I was offered a application to sign up for their "comfort club" membership, which would mean that I would pay $8.30 per month and I would receive 2 "complimentary precision tune-ups, as well as discounts on parts and labor. When I asked about that I was put on the phone with the boss, and he said that all that meant is that the amount of money I would be saving would pay for the cost of the tune-ups! Tex-Perts installed my air conditioner, first. Their prices are fair and competitive. Their service is excellent and their technicians are well trained and informed. A year later I had them install my heating system. Again, I was very pleased and would highly recommend their services.

I recently had an emergency & called Tex-perts for service on the weekend. I was very happy that they were able to come out quickly & resolve my issue. The technician answered all of my questions & was very thorough & trustworthy. I would definitely recommend them.
