We were looking for quotes for almost 300 air filters for our business, the only people who responded was Texas Air Filters. Not only did they respond but they actually sent me the quote in less than 5 minutes. I was greeted on the phone by Jennifer, so so sweet, kind, and patient human. Arlene did my order and she had the fastest responses I have ever experienced and was so nice as well. We will be ordering all of our filters through this company from here on out.
Don’t expect service if you arrive 5 minutes before closing. Woman in the front will tell you the system automatically shuts down exactly at 5. Complete BS.
