I’ve been using Tex Air Filters since I got in the HVAC trade in 2015. I have quite literally made hundreds of trips to their Dallas location. Throughout this time, their staff has always been top notch - super friendly and efficient. Also, the office always smells like it has just been cleaned, which is pleasant. The owners of this business have went way beyond the call of duty to help with the Hill country floods of 2025. Donating time, money, and doing all they can for the flood victims and the rescue workers. This is a good company to do business with because they give back to their community.
Came here to purchanse a product and was given attitude for no reason by this personell, worst customer experience at tex air. Got mad at me for her own mistake.
