the recent substantial rate hike with NO notification is a despicable business practice. when rates went from $10 to $12.99 received a letter explaining why the rate was going up. rates go from $12.99 to $49.99 received nothing! $2.99 rate hike? oh so sorry to do this. $37 rate hike? crickets.
