Buying a house in bay-area market conditions with insane competition isn't an easy venture. Tewfik just made it possible for us. I met Tewfik by accident. Sometimes accidents happen for good cause. He is a nice person and always take your side. In some cases, you want to give a try with your own limitations and proceed with an offer even if the seller/market is crazy. In those situations you need to have a back support from your own buyer agent (even when you have tiny chances to get accepted). You can trust and rely on Tewfik.
